What do you carry into the rooms where decisions are made?
Private Racial Shadow Work™ for CEOs, founders, senior executives, and leaders whose decisions influence people, organizations, and culture.
A Different Kind of Executive Conversation
Executives often have people around them who help them think financially, legally, operationally, and strategically. Far fewer have someone with whom they can privately examine the historical and racial understandings they bring to leadership.
That is the conversation I provide.
I am not here to tell you what to believe. I ask questions that may not ordinarily be asked, introduce context that may not ordinarily be considered, and create room for examination without removing accountability.
Leadership Does Not Make Us Immune
Not every belief we carry was consciously chosen. Some were inherited, taught, or reinforced by the environments and institutions that shaped us.
Leadership does not make us immune to that. But leadership does increase the reach of our decisions.
Executive Racial Shadow Work™ provides a confidential space to examine what you carry into the rooms where those decisions are made.
The Work
Racial Shadow Work™ asks leaders to become curious about what they think, what shaped it, and how those understandings may influence the way they lead.
Our conversations may examine:
• Beliefs and assumptions you have rarely questioned
• How race, history, and lived experience influence perception
• What you may dismiss, normalize, or leave unchallenged
• Where intention and impact may differ
The purpose is not guilt. The purpose is awareness, accountability, and greater clarity.
Racial Shadow Work™ + Historical Intelligence™
Historical Intelligence™ asks: What history am I standing in?
Racial Shadow Work™ asks: What am I carrying into it?
Together, they allow leaders to examine both the historical context surrounding their decisions and what they may bring to them.
Begin With a Private Executive Consultation
90 Minutes | $2,000
This is not a discovery call. It is a substantive, one-to-one Racial Shadow Work™ session.
We begin with a leadership question, concern, experience, or pattern you want to examine, using inquiry and relevant historical and cultural context to explore what may be beneath it.
The consultation stands on its own. There is no requirement to continue.
Continuing the Work
Following the consultation, leaders who want to continue may be invited into an ongoing private Executive Racial Shadow Work™ engagement.
$5,500/month (Starting service rate).
The monthly engagement includes:
• One private 75–90 minute Racial Shadow Work™ conversation
• The option for a second conversation when appropriate to the pace and nature of the work
• Individualized Racial Shadow Work™ inquiry
• Relevant historical and cultural context
• Guided reflection between conversations
Racial Shadow Work™ is intentionally paced. As the work deepens, space between conversations allows time for reflection, observation, and integration.
This is private, individualized work. It is not employee training, organizational assessment, or traditional executive performance coaching.
Additional advisory support outside of scheduled engagements may be arranged separately and is discussed privately.
