An ongoing, confidential Racial Shadow Work™ engagement for executives and senior leaders seeking deeper examination of the beliefs, assumptions, experiences, and historical understandings they bring to leadership.

Includes one private 75 - 90 minute conversation each month, individualized Racial Shadow Work™ inquiry, relevant historical and cultural context, and guided reflection. A second conversation may be scheduled when appropriate to the pace and nature of the work.

Additional advisory support outside of scheduled engagements may be arranged separately and is discussed privately.

Dismantle Racism one Conversation at a time. Undoing Racism - Allie "The Conversation Starter" is a Social Change Entrepreneur and is here to assist businesses, non-profits, and educational systems to take bold 21st century steps towards dismantling racism in the workplace. Raw, honest and open Conversations held on a consistent basis are replacing yearly one and two day training's, which are 19th and 20th century tools to address racism in the workforce. Through conversation, participants are allowed to go at their own pace at addressing and discussing race and the the topics that accompany it, as Allie facilitates the discussions being held.
