Racial Shadow Work™ is a private 1-on-1 racial healing and anti-racism coaching program designed to help you unpack the stress, confusion, and avoidance that often accompany racial identity, privilege, and systemic conditioning. This solo racial coaching experience offers the appropriate, supportive space to safely explore and unpack racial biases, unconscious conditioning, and internalized beliefs with guidance and without judgment.

This 35 minute virtual coaching service time frame was created for (but not exclusive to) those who are beginners to racial dialogue, have limited time, get easily overwhelmed when it comes to having conversations about race and/or have been having the conversation for a lengthy amount of time and would like to continue having “check-in” conversation for their self-enrichment purposes to continue their exploration on racism.
