Racial Shadow Work™ is a private 1-on-1 racial healing and anti-racism coaching program designed to help you unpack the stress, confusion, and avoidance that often accompany racial identity, privilege, and systemic conditioning. This solo racial coaching experience offers the appropriate, supportive space to safely explore and unpack racial biases, unconscious conditioning, and internalized beliefs with guidance and without judgment.
Unlike most approaches that stay on the surface, Racial Shadow Work™ goes deeper—integrating awareness with emotional accountability and aligned action. This is transformational coaching to improve communication skills in racial literacy and mindful race conversations, empowering you to show up with confidence, compassion, and integrity in your relationships, community, and workplace.

These 1.5 or 2-hour sessions are geared to support leadership (i.e., superintendents, principals, education-based organization leaders, CEOs, Non-Profits, etc.) in holding themselves accountable for their own racial goals, self-development, and strategic anti-racism, diversity, and inclusive planning they are implementing within their organizations.
